Join 1880 Tapas & Spirits for a Sunday Supper celebrating all the things Chef Pat loves best. While doing themed dinners has been fun, this year, Pat is creating menus based on his love of cuisine and what inspires him most at any given time. This allows him to cook from his heart and pour the fully of his passion into our meals. This dinner, though completely unintentionally, leans towards upscale Americana and boy are we excited. We will happily accommodate sober diners with non-alcoholic beverage pairings, or gluten free diners, but politely decline all other substitutions and dietary restrictions. Please note either of these options on your order at the time of checkout.

Tickets are $125/person*

*this is an all inclusive ticket price and covers dinner, beverage pairings, tax, and gratuity

Please note, there is no taxi service available in Gunnison on Sunday evenings. We encourage you to make appropriate arrangements before dining. Non-alcoholic beverage pairings can be provided upon request.

The number of tickets purchased on a transaction will be considered the party number unless otherwise indicated (i.e. two tickets are purchased, two people are seated together). Please indicate if there is another party you would like to share a table with when checking out.

Cancellations must be completed no later than 12:00pm MST on March 24th to receive a refund. Any cancellations made after noon on March 24th will forfeit the full value of a ticket. Tickets are fully transferrable. We do have a minimum requirement for ticket sales, if this is not made, dinner will be cancelled and all tickets refunded.

If the event is listed as OUT OF STOCK please email us to be added to the waitlist. Interested parties will be contacted in the order their waitlist request was received should cancellations arise.
