French Sunday Supper

Join 1880 Tapas & Spirits with an evening of French cuisine that would make Julia Child proud. This decadent and refined menu will transport you to the mist shrouded hills of the French countryside as the leaves begin to change. While the menu isn't settled yet, there is talk of foie gras, duck confit, cassoulet, and crepes. Curated French wine pairings will be served and the bar is open for additional purchases.

We are able to accommodate gluten free diners and sober diners with non-alcoholic beverage pairings but politely decline all other substitutions and dietary restrictions.

CB Wine + Food Festival "Summer Nostalgia" tasting

The Crested Butte Wine + Food Festival is the primary fundraiser for our rural arts nonprofit The Center for the Arts. They deliver captivating, transformative, and fun arts experiences to enliven the creative soul - an essential resource in rural Colorado.

The CB Wine + Food Festival theme this year is "Summer Nostalgia". Nostalgia provides us with a thread of connection ~ a place for our collective memories to overlap. Whether that is lake swimming under the beating sun, riding bikes through the neighborhood, road trips, summer camp or ice cream melting down your hand as you rush to eat it, we all have memories that make us long for the dog days of summer. This year we’re asking, what does summer mean to you? What does it taste like and how is it best expressed?

Tickets will be available for sale through the Center for the Arts soon!

Oysters & Rose

or over 4000 years, culinarians have been living by the phrase, “only eat oysters in months that have an R,” which means September through April are your go to months. To celebrate the end of oyster season and our launch into warmer weather, we are serving up oysters approximately 6 different ways on April 28th and pairing it with our favorite rosés.

This celebration is a little more casual than our usual Sunday Suppers and will feature fresh raw oysters, cooked oysters on the half shell, and some yet to be determined courses (we’ve thrown around po’ boys, shooters, and salad, oh my!) Our rosés will be from a variety of distributors, including Buckel Family Wine, and pair with any and all dishes (in case you want seconds ;) As usual, the menu will be posted as soon as it is finalized! Doors will open at 5:45pm with oyster shuckin’ at 6pm. Rosé pairings will be available with each dish and the bar is open for additional purchases.

We are able to accommodate gluten free diners but politely decline all other substitutions and dietary restrictions.
